As President and CEO, Jack drives overall business strategy and execution. As a Disabled Veteran himself, Jack is committed to developing interative technology solutions that help our Veterans returning from Iraq and Afghanistan to reintetrate into the workplace and resume a normal life.

Since founding Coley & Associates in 2001, he has led the company to double-digit annual growth and expanded business to federal and corporate clients located throughout the United States.

Prior to founding Coley & Associates, Jack managed regional operations for a top federal contractor where he successfully established, staffed, and managed three new regional offices. Profit centers under Jack's leadership consistently delivered the highest profit margins in the company.

Jack has over 30 years experience in public and private sector organizations creatively applying technology to transform organizations into world-class operations. He has extensive expertise in strategy formulation and execution, technology insertion, new market development, supply chain analysis, organizational development and has a proven record of success in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments. Jack received his MBA with Honors from Webster University and a BS with distinction from Wayland Baptist University.
