Randa Stephens

As Human Resources Manager Randa is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and sustaining top talent that makes up Coley's staff.

Randa has over seven years' experience in the Human Resources field. She spent seven years building her Human Resources career at Sidley Austin, one of the largest law firms in the world. She continued her work at Allen Matkins for a year, then relocated to San Antonio where she spent two years assisting with the expansion of a small IT Services company. Randa joined Coley in 2011 where she has been active in growing Coley's talented staff, proposal development, and employee benefits and relations efforts.

Randa received her B.S. in Communications from James Madison University.
