SeaPort-e Partners

Our partner, ASM Research, Inc. (ASM) was founded in 1977 and provides Information Technology and Systems Engineering Solutions and Services. Within those areas, ASM staff members design, integrate, maintain and upgrade state-of-the-art systems for national defense, intelligence, readiness, manpower, personnel, training, medical, and other high priority government missions. ASM also provides many government clients with the systems analysis, integration and program management skills necessary to manage their mission systems development and operations. Between our companies, the Coley Team offers coverage across 19 of the 22 functional areas.

Navy SeaPort-e Zones

NAVSEA selected a regional "zone" approach for SeaPort-e program participants in order to preserve the local vendor base that currently supports Navy ordering activities, encourage small business participation, reduce the need for complicated teaming arrangements, and ensure adequate competition for all requirements in all zones. Coley and Associates contract is valid in the following zones:
