Coley developed a variety of materials to train mental health care professionals to address the post-deployment needs of Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) and Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) veterans.
Coley completed storyboards for six web-based courses based on six identified terminal course objectives and a number of specific learning objectives identified for each. The final web-based course was SCORM 2004 and Section 508 conformant.
